Saffron at Night

Cashew chicken stir fry. Yellow curry soup. Chicken steak alfredo. Lasagna dinner. Beef tips in oyster sauce. These are just some of the dishes you can enjoy at the Saffron Espresso Caffè at night time. Dine along the Mekong in the glow of terra cotta lanterns and sip on an Iced Caramel Macchiato as you watch the sun rays fade over the mountains. Top it off with a bowl of delicious fresh ice cream. After dinner, enjoy a stroll through Luang Prabang's night market. Saffron at night. Enchantment awaits.

Yes, good idea. Very good idea. If you do come, I will commission you to take an array of LP photos and photos of our shop for us to use on things like official websites, menus and other publications. I just don't have the touch... or the camera... to take such good pictures! :-)

Oh my goodness, that would be so much fun!!! I would be happy to do it. Hmmm, might need to start thinking about a real trip. :)

hey there, saw your post on Vince Antonucci's site, and thought I'd say hi. As a coffee lover, I must say that your picture at the top is one of the best ever! Wow!

This has absolutely nothing to do with coffee or saffron, but I loved your comment of SCL:

"straining out gnats and swallowing camels"

I just loved that!

And BTW, now I'm hungry (not for gnats or camels, but for cashew chicken stir fry), so thanks for that.
